Four principles we don't negotiate on.
Name every material
Costing sheets carry brand, grade and finish. 'Good quality ply' is not a specification; BWP 710 marine ply is.
One person answers the phone
You get a project manager, not a group chat with six vendors in it.
Close the snag list
Handover means a walked, listed and closed defect list, not keys and good luck.
Quality control
Checks that happen whether or not you ask.
- Before production
- Material samples and hardware approved by you, in person, against the drawing.
- During execution
- Weekly site photos, a running variation log, and stage-wise checks on level, line and finish.
- Before handover
- Every shutter aligned and soft-close tested, every circuit and point tested, deep clean, then joint walkthrough.
